Using this site

This website lets you browse ITMEN's catalogue, place orders and reach our support team. Don't misuse the site — no scraping, no interference with its operation, no fraudulent orders.

Orders & pricing

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST. We may adjust prices at any time, but confirmed orders honour the price shown at checkout.

An order is accepted when payment is received and verified. In the rare case a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we notify you and refund in full.

Payments

We accept UPI payments confirmed through our QR or UPI ID, verified with a UTR reference. Payment deadlines are shown at checkout; unverified payments may be cancelled after the stated window.

Delivery & returns

Delivery timelines are estimates — weather, courier and address factors can cause delays. Free delivery applies above the threshold shown at checkout.

Unopened products in original packaging with invoice may be returned within 7 days. Installed software, opened consumables and repair services are non-returnable.

Warranty

Hardware carries its manufacturer's warranty. ITMEN assists with warranty claims but the final warranty decision rests with the manufacturer. Physical/liquid damage and unauthorized modification void most warranties.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product or service involved.
