Pro and Care Terms.

ITMEN Pro (for partners)

• •Pro is optional and costs ₹299 per month, inclusive of applicable taxes.
• •Pro renews monthly only with your consent. Cancel anytime before the next billing date.
• •Pro increases your payout percentage as shown in the payout table. It does not change your credit score, tier or job order.
• •Same-day payout applies to jobs with no customer dispute. Disputed jobs follow the normal review process.
• •Parts discounts apply at our Nehru Place shop and may change with notice.
• •If your credit score falls below 650, Pro benefits pause until your score recovers. Billing pauses during that period.
• •We may end Pro for fraud or breach of partner standards, with a pro-rata refund where applicable.

ITMEN Care

• •Care costs ₹999 per year, inclusive of applicable taxes.
• •It covers one registered address and up to 6 free visits in 12 months.
• •Visit charges are waived. Parts, consumables and extra work are billed as normal.
• •Priority matching depends on partner availability in your area and is targeted within 4 hours.
• •Refund: pro-rata, within 7 days of purchase if no benefits have been used.
• •Auto-renewal only with your consent. We send a reminder before renewal.
• •The 90-day warranty covers the specific repair work performed, not unrelated faults or physical damage.

Refund and cancellation

You can cancel any plan from your account or by messaging us on WhatsApp. Refunds follow the plan terms above and are returned to the original payment method.
